Carbon SequestrationEvery year, growing European Flax captures 250,000 tons of CO2
Water ConsumptionFlax only requires rainwater to grow, and no artificial irrigation is used
Bio-ToxicityFlax's natural anti-bacterial properties mean less chemicals left in soil and water
Waste Free
Every part of the flax is utilised, and is biodegradable.
Our certifications and global standards
Our Vision
With sustainability at our core, these are the three pillars we have in mind in all areas of our production and operations
Efficient waste management to avoid over production, as well as recycling fibres and fabrics.
Investing to improve durability of our final products, as well as minimising impact during production process.
We are committed to support best agricultural practices in our procurement and sourcing.
Our linen are solely sourced from European Flax certified farmers, and our Cotton fibres are 100% BCI.
Fruits of Labour
We are proud to share some of our milestones and highlights in going green:
We continually optimise all our machinery and process efficiencies, as well as integrating the usage of state of the art renewable energy to focus on reducing energy usage, water usage, carbon emissions and chemical pollutions.
We collect wastage from all processes and recycle them via REECO.
Our "AGAIN" initiative also upcycles leftover products.
After years of research, we are able to turn scutching wastage into organic fertiliser by fermentation.
We use these in our vegetable patches next to the mills, to grow the organic vegetables served in our factory kitchens.
